#1 eth0 was not up
I started WANem 2.2 from CD using dhcp and everything looks fine. But i couldn't connect to the WebIf. I tried to ping the address and the answer was not reachable. So i checked the setting with the command 'status' and see, that eth0 was ok, but no entry in the routingtable. I changed to the shell and there was no device eth0 under ifconfig, only loopback. The command 'route -v' had shown no entry. So i typed in 'ifconfig eth0 up' an everything was ok.
It is running on a VIA Epia M10000 with onboard nic (rtl8139 driver).
A bug or what i'm doing wrong?

No you are not doing anything wrong.
Nevertheless this "ifconfig up" thing shd ideally be done in WANem startup. I will put that in the next release. That shd take care of the problem of the kind you are facing.
