I want to emulate a network that has a limited bandwidth and a small queue.
It means that packets get dropped when queue is full.
At first, I just set the bandwidth limit, but I found the ping time increases to a very large value.
I guess it's the large queue in WANem that introduces the large latency.
So I try to reduce Packet Limit to a small value(10). But the result is the same.
Does Packet Limit mean the queue size?
