I have a robotic system commanding through network. I would like to emulate bandwidth conditions between the controller and the robot. For the robotics system that I am working on, I should keep 1 kHz commanding rate. I want to emulate the bandwidth delays at a resolution of 1ms. What should I set to reach this target? Is this Wanem HD version for this purpose?
I am facing problems to install it on my machine.

For HD install, try using the WANem 3.0 beta version.
Use the WANem HD install option. Please be aware that the HD installation is not supported.
