Hi guys, I am working on setting up WANEM on my network but I am having some trouble wrapping my head around this. Normally I would just plug away until I was able to get something working but I am on an extremely tight deadline and this would help us make our software much more robust.
A) I have a Linksys router running DD-WRT which will be running our test network. I would like ALL traffic from devices connected to this router to flow through the WANem server.
B) I have a 1U server running WANem. It has 2 NIC slots onboard which I will be using.
C) Our office router is an Untangle box.
I am a bit lost on the exact configuration here. From the sounds of it I should not hook the wireless router directly to my WANem box, instead I should hook both the router and WANem box into our main network. How then would I go about re-directing all the traffic from the router to the WANem box? The reverse?
I know this is a bit more of a networking question than a WANem specific question, but I figured someone out there must have some experience with this setup.
Thanks!

If you hook the router directly to the WANem box - I think it should work just like that assuming
One NIC of WANem connected to WiFi
One NIC of WANem to office router
Wifi subnet different from that of office router subnet
IP addresses, subnet settings of the NIC set correctly
Also assuming that the cloud you mention is a private cloud located very near (latency < 1 ms) from office router.
If it is a public cloud you should not be doing this.

Here is the setup I am attempting:
(A) WIFI Router -> (B) WANem -> (C) Office Router -> Cloud
