I am using two rule sets for testing (20 Mbps and 10 Mbps with 5% packet loss for both rules). When i click on apply settings, on wanem i am getting " HTB: quantum of class 11001 is big. Consider r2q change.".
When i check current status, i can see Bytes sent: 1362564979 Packets sent: 1106008 Packets dropped: 58227 for rule 1 (looks correct). But for rule 2 i am getting Bytes sent: 0 Packets sent: 0 Packets dropped: 0
does it mean wanem settings are not applied for rule 2?
Please let me know if anything is missing in my configuration.

It means that the traffic passing through WANem did not meet the criteria for rule.
In other words there is no rule 2 traffic.
