Has anyone developed a documented procedure for porting the WANem .iso onto a bootable Compact Flash? I'm wanting to use a PC Engines ALIX box as the WANem host.

    OK, I've run into roadblock.

I can boot the ALIX box from a Knoppix 6.2 installation on Compact Flash ... but it doesn't contain driver support for the Via VT16105M Ethernet chipset used on this board,
so it doesn't see the two NICs.

Knoppix 7.2 does contain driver support for this chipset.

What would it take to port WANem to Knoppix 7.2?

You could just run dummycloud on the alix board. There's a cf image ready
to go on the download page.

It does not have a web ui but its fairly easy to use.
