HELP ME SET UP WANEM/trouble shoot

Basically, I am struggling to set up wanem

I can't seem to be able to reach the http interface

Wanem is in a vm workstation with two brigded network adapters set to
I Set up the ip settings within wanem, giving eth0 and eth1 its ip address
I then go to type in the http (ip address chosen)/WANem and it won't open
says it can't reach.

any configuration guidelines you guys can give would be great, its irratating as this should be easy.
step by step instructions would be good as i'm at the end of my tether.
Other recommended ways of booting Wanem would be good
please don't refer me to wanem documentation because i've followed the process there and i'm clearly
missing something.

I can't speak to wanem as it's been a while since I used it, but have you
tried dummy cloud? No web ui, but very easy to configure for a scenario
such as yours.

Just a thought.
