It's good to see my old PHPNetemGUI code still in use. It's original SF project page was https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpnetemgui/, but I guess never got round to adding the files. Luckily, someone else made https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpnetemgui2/ and put the files on there.
It was originally written while working at British Telecom, and my boss was into open source stuff so he let me release it under the GPL. I never heard anything else about it for a long time and assumed it would never be used again. I thought that someone would have made a better user interface for netem by now. I guess not. ;)
I never expected something based on my 8 year old, buggy GUI code to have 1000 downloads a week in 2012. I'm quite proud. :o)
Acknowledge your contributions. Some changes have been made to that code in WANem.
Had done "reasonable" amount of testing befor releasing WANem. It is now working "fairly well"
Will be glad to incorporate any bug fixes you suggest.
