Fresh for v2.0.2 we've added a much more careful second level link test. That should stop much of hte 'flapping' that we were seeing on links that occasionally, or briefly get congested.
We also added a link quality (read: latency) test, which if triggered adjusts *only* the weights of the links without mucking with the routing tables. That change should cut down issues with websites like e-banking that make you re-log in when page requests suddenly appear from your secondary IP address, but think they're authenticated because the browser has no idea that the intermediary path, and NATed IP address has changed.
