#1 I'm lost..

I've unzipped the Patch into c:\wamp\apps.....When I click on bat file I keep getting message "Could not find folder at C:\Windows\alias....Am I supposed to create a folder at C:\Windows\???? or what. I'm lost here my friend. Thanks.
