won't run

Installation appeared to work fine. When I attempted to run the program I received the following:

ShellExecuteEx Failed; Code 2.
System cannot find file specified.

Don't know why this happened.

It does appear that the download I got was only for "apache." Should I go to the files section and download "server" file instead?

I would really like this to work. Installing on a Win XP system.
