#36 software wont launch

I have just installed WAMP Server and upon launching I get this message:

php.exe - system error
The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I have already tried to reinstall the program and still get the error message so cant get started with the software.

Any help please?
