#3 wamp5 won't open

I've tried to download wamp5 a number of times and I cannot get it to open. I delete the program before retrying but when I go to open it the run screen opens and then it tries to download again and again and again. It just won't open. On the last try I got a message that the file was corrupted. Can you please help?
