#1 PHP service not running on w2k3 SBS ISS

After installing wamp5_1.4.3 on a W2k3SBS server with
MS-SQL and IIS installed the PHP service does not
start, the MySQL service does.
On a W2k3 terminalserver it works fine.

What should i do to make the PHP service run on W2k3
SBS
