If an alternate wamp server installation path is specified during the installation process, the new path is not switched with the default in the wampserver.ini file. This caused an exception to be thrown when trying to enable/disable php module extensions.

Fixed temporarily by manual search/replace of wampserver.ini

Replaced c:/wamp to <new installation path>
