#21 httpd.conf troubleshooting with IPv6

I suggest changing the list of IPs, which can get the server (main directory) to localhost IPs according to IPv4 either IPv6.

So, do it like this:
<Directory "c:/wamp/www/">
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride all
Order Deny,Allow
Deny from all
Allow from 127.0.0.1 ::1
</Directory>
