Error: File not found installing apache service

Cause: Missing file reg.exe from WAMP5 1.4.3 distribution
Result: Cannot install the apache service after removing
it.

Workaround: reg.exe is part of the Windows 2000
Support Tools. Download and install them from Microsoft.

Solution:
Include reg.exe in the distribution and install it into the %
SystemRoot%\System32 directory.
