#10 menu mouseover color gets stuck

To reproduce:
1. Right click to bring up the menu
2. Hover over one of the menu options
3. Move your mouse off the menu to the left or right
without changing the highlited menu
4. Left click the menu title and move the menu
5. Hover over a seperate menu item

Notice that the original menu item has not reverted
back to its non-highlited color.
