#20 Play All or Queue All only adds a few songs

The Play all and queue all only adds a few songs
(Although, I think in reality, they are being added, but
they don't show up in the display queue). One thing I
noticed, is that when I blew away ATCache.bin and let
the service app rebuild the file, all the Radio Stations
were added, so that now when I do song and artist
queries, radio stations are included. It appears that
Queue All and Play All, adds all the songs, but when
viewing them in the queue, only the songs up to the first
encounter of a radio station are seen. Once the playlist
progresses to beyond the radiostation, the queue
refreshes and shows the next jumble of songs upto the
next radio station.

This seems like 2 bugs. Radio stations get added to the
TOC (I think I fixed this one) and queue all acts "funny".
After you confirm the radio station fix, can you update this
bug description?

Not fixed yet. I did a blank query on songs which would bring
up the entire DB (about 200 songs). I did a queue all. Only
the first nine songs were added. Here's the log:
