#26 Template test failures with FORCECOMPILE = FALSE
With FORCECOMPILE = FALSE the Templates test group
reports additional test fails (e.g. the CoreImport tests).
Guess this is because the template engine assumes that
imports will have been done so ignores them. Quick fix
would be to have RegisterTestTemplate make sure
FORCECOMPILE = TRUE
