#9 Fatal Exception in VM when alarm sounds?

No

I have developed an application for the Waba VM on Palm.
I'm running it on a Palm V with OS 3.5, using the
latest wabaVM downloaded from SF today.

The application runs just fine, unless an alarm sounds
while it is running. If a (datebook) alarm sounds, the
alarm dialog comes up, and I can press the button to
dismiss it, but the next time I press a button or take
any action, I get a "Fatal Alert" - Fatal Exception"
dialog with a "reset" button on it.

I can repeat this bug at any time by setting an alarm
and arranging to have my program running when it sounds.

My code isn't exactly tricky, although it does have a
timer that fires every second to check and see if the
screen should be repainted.

Is this a known issue? Can you replicate it with your
own applications, or is it something specific to mine?

My application is attached.

Thanks,
Jay Summet

    Hello,

unfortunately, we have nobody working on the Palm port at
    this time. Suggestions are:

    - try the CVS current release if this is not the case. (the
files released are very very old)

    - try the application on another device (Linux, Win32,
WinCE, Dos, ...) to see you have also a problem

    - at last resort, try with another waba-like VM for the
    Palm, link superwaba (http://www.superwaba.org/)

    Hope this help.

    Good day.

    Olivier
PS. You don't have attached your application
