[Waba-spec] "Common File System or Database format" : need to make decisions

Hello,

as the opinion of every one is not clear for me, thanks to answer
_brievly_ (agree/disagree) to all this questions :

- move the Catalog class to the Palm platform specific branch. This mean
  it's available for the Palm implementation, but not necessary for
  others.

- take http://waba.sourceforge.net/javadoc/waba/io/CatalogSeanLuke.html
  for the base of the discussion when the topic "Catalog class" will
  come.

- implement the (simple) Registry class as suggested by Sean in the Core
  Classes.

- take the Ewe's Datastore package and insert it in the extension API.

- postpone the java.util.Map (and the associated class) to the next
  release of the specifications.

- postpone the serialization also to a future release of the API.

After that, I will take every point causing problems into discution.
