#19 [feature] sync versions of tools

Bring version numbers of remove and create in sync, so there is no (or at least less) confusion about what xmls are compatible with what version.

While we're at it, we could introduce a tag in xml files to indicate with what version of xml creator it was generated with (maybe even the keywords and excludes?).
