#9 request for alternate column support

This command w3m -dump http://www.precisiontranslationtools.com formats output as multiple lines of text that simulate columns.

I haven't found a switch that outputs each column as one line of text. Setting -cols 10000 works but requires processing to remove all the extra spaces.
