#15 dirlist.cgi doesn't provide "LONG" Format

dirlist.cgi contains code to view a dir-list in "LONG" Format, but the HTML-Output doesn't generate a "LONG" option selection.

It's because the "sub print_form" defines "@val" and "@opt" lists of possible value for the format without the necessary "l" + "Long" entries.
