Tatsuya, please suggest a way to publicly discuss the issue. The issue is complicated, in general it's about gentoo fix, applied to debian w3m, which breaks windows cygwin (windows) build. Submitting a debian bug makes no sense :) Maybe we need to contact privately.

No, I'm not a project member/admin.
It's just a information to download a development version of w3m.

You may report a `wishlist' bug to Debian w3m, even if the issue is about Cygwin.

It seems the CVS repository is now working again, though the
last commit is on 2012-05-22.
