#10 w3m can't parse github urls

Whether using Surfraw or handing them directly to w3m, *any* github url breaks (apart from the homepage).

For example, this search URL fails in Surfraw and directly, but is fine in Lynx: https://github.com/search?type=Everything&language=Ruby&q=vim&repo=&langOverride=&x=18&y=20&start_value=1

Version: 0.5.3-1 on Arch and Ubuntu.
