w3m 0.2.4 released

w3m is a pager with WWW capability. It IS a pager, but it can be
used as a text-mode WWW browser.

Major new features in 0.2.4 release are:

* Support RFC2818 (https) server identity check
* Support incremental search (C-s, C-r)
