#24 Increase the MAXCOL - number of rendered columns in tables

I use w3m a lot for looking into large data tables and generally w3m does an excellent job, but the current limit of 50 columns is quite disturbing. If it is not possible/easy to remove the MAXCOL, could w3m go to some larger number like 256 e.g.
