[W3af-develop] import_results - csv or base64?

I am a little confused with the import_results plugin. When I see the
source code, it seems to extract from a Base64 or Burp file, but in the UI,
it appears to take in a csv and/or a Burp File. So which one is to be
given? Also, what is the format of the csv or Base64?

Also - Does it need both types of files (CSV/Base64 and Burp) or only one
type of file?
