Description: When the user enters the preview mode for requests generated in the fuzzer, there is no indication of how many were generated. The only please where the generated number is shown is in the main fuzzer window screen. It should be shown in the preview somewhere.

Done in r1199.

Also fixed the counter to show normal counts (1 to max), not 0-based ones (0 to max-1).
