Description: A new option "Local Proxy" (search for an icon), in the toolbar and the menu (in "Tools").

It will open a new window (design attached)

The "configure" option will raise a popup asking for ip and port (defaults to 127.0.0.1, 8080)

The "start/stop" button mutates itself, and controls the Proxy execution.

Uses the Proxy core infrastructure (core/controllers/daemon/proxy)

Andres will document the API for this Proxy.

Andres needs to define the interface
