Description: The user should be able to identify which plugins have configuration options without clicking on the plugin. Something like the "+" sign in front of the plugin name in the consoleUi

The configurable plugins now have an "editable" icon in front of the plugin name (r905).

Please take a look at it. If you think it would be nicer with the icon in another column (third?), just reopen this and let me know.
