Description: Change XML to support a range of values, something like:
- ['a','b','c']

This will allow the user interfaces to implement combo-boxes where the user can select one of the valid values.

This should be generalized.

I think that the XML should have a "values allowed" option.

If the type is a list, it should be a list of allowed values. If it's a number, the "values allowed" should be a range. Etc.
