Troubles were reported in the Net::Pcap release on the Windows NT platform. The file release has been submitted which contains the Net::Pcap with some modifications, the patched Wpcap and some additional test scripts which require Inline.

Originally published by a group in Italy, I have patched the source for versions >= NT4.0. The difference is in the way character strings are handled. On win98 they are c-string, on NT - XP they are unicode characters (16 bits per character).
