This sounds like if vym has been built with Qt 4.4. If so, the issue has
been fixed with the latest vym version (1.12.0)
You can try to fix this manually in your map
cp yourmap.vym test
Now you should have a file yourmap.xml in this directory. Open it in an
editor and delete all lines from the error above (except the one in
first line "<!DOCTYPE vymmap>" )
<!DOCTYPE HTML ... >
(Make sure to not forget one of the < - > tags)
Now you should be able to open the yourmap.xml file in vym again and
e.g. print it. But: if you really hit the Qt4.4 problem, Qt will add the
DOCTYPEs again, the only way to fix this is to update vym in Ubuntu,
unfortunatly I only can provide openSUSE rpms.
