I have a problems loading VYM files. I cannot access to the files with the examples.
No problems working with VYM but when I try to open a file that I have created the same problems appear.
The messages are: "Couldn't find a map (*.xml) in your VYM archive"; "The file of the map on disk has changed: Do you want to reload the map with the new file?" "Couldn't find a map (*.xml) in your VYM archive""couldn't open map", "couldn't open map",
I've seen other threads about problems with Windows XP, but I only have a vym.exe file which is located in bin
Thank you

Currently no maintainer for the windows port, sorry.

I have found a workaround for this problem. I have reproduced the problem on Windows XP but not on Windows 7. On Windows 7, I moved my file to C:\VYMFiles. I also tried the name "VYM Files" which failed as well. I think this is because this folder needs to be in the 8.3 DOS format with no spaces in the name.

I made a small mistake in the previous comment. I wrote "On Windows 7, I moved my file ...". I meant "On Windows XP, I moved my file ...". Everything works fine in Windows 7.

This is likely due to missing zip executable.

    done in 2.4.3

vym now uses 7z for zipping/unzipping
