#1 wont run, java.lang.NullPointerException

I downloaded Client & Server 1.0.0
(vyger-run-able-1.0.zip). I went into the bin folder
and double-clicked on client.bat. It said:

With most of the bat files, I get that: Exception in
thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
