#41 Search on section speed-up

Modify search results for a search on a section to use same approach as eXist.

(In the current version we have tuned the search to return only one result page (say records 151 to 160)
because we do not know in advance how many records we will find. In addition, the eXist engine itself can limit the
result set size if it is too large.)

Look into the limitations on eXist and develop a way of handling the problem.

Note from Misha: In some places, say outersearch or data basket, data caching will be very appropriate, but because of technology mix (Java+XSLT)
it was not yet implemented.
