I have been using vnl_matrix and vnl_vector like in:
vnl_matrix<double> C(2,2);
vnl_vector<double> x(n_elements);
and a number of variations on the above. Now I need to create a
vnl_vector of vnl_matrix elements. It's not clear how one would do
this and define the size of the matrix and the size of the vector at
the same time.
vnl_vector< vnl_matrix<double, 2, 2>> B(n_ elements); or
vnl_vector< vnl_matrix<double, 2, 2>, n_elements> B;
Is one of these how you define a vector of matrices?
Also it isn't clear how to index the various matrices and the values
in a matrix at the same time.
B(1,2,element) or
B[element](1,2)
Any suggestions of code examples you could point to?
