New Config

Configuration is in the xml file now. Code is cleaned up. Multiple Renderers are allowed for doing avi's, wmv's, etc. Each directory represents a 'queue' and can have a custom renderer and template. I may take more options out of the general config and make them per queue options. Mainly the allow overwrite of files and output dir settings.
