I read the man page, but unfortunately I could not understand how.
I also do not know how to get a list of all the rules with a vuurmuur_script.

unless I am misunderstanding you, a rule can be enabled/disabled by highlighting the rule (using the arrow keys) and then pressing the SPACE bar which adds or removes the X at the beginning of the rule. Once disabled, the rule turns gray in color.

To get the rule list with vuurmuur_script, this is the somewhat cryptic command:
vuurmuur_script -P rule -r rules
