I saw an older post saying "sometime in the future build" and was
wondering if that moment came already ;-)
Basically the use-case I have is:
for any ssh-script-kiddies I would like to put their IP as a whole /24
into the group instead of just 1 /32 host
equally important for access/allow rules I would like to be able to
specify several subnets (e.g somewhere in internet) from where I could
access RDP services in my local network, again use of networks (or hosts
with netmasks ;-) ) + groups would be ideal.
Anything I missed or is it still not implemented? Any workarounds/tricks
I could try instead?
btw. 0.8rc6 rocks, with a little trouble but got it to run on ARCH.
great work, thx!!!
Rgds,
Bogdan

I can see how it would be useful to have maybe a 3rd object type within a network that holds netblocks that fit within the network space. No plans for that currently though. Maybe a feature ticket would be useful. Tickets live at https://www.vuurmuur.org/trac/report
What issues did you have on Arch?
