Entzip the Release-File
Goto ...\VUONG-DCP\x.y
Click Index.html

Then you will get the E-Learning apps for Datacompression,
which are presendted bei IT-Congress DELFI 2018 
at Univiversity Frankfurt in FFM, Germany:
