Hi All, I'm getting closer to Beta this baby, but what is wrong with the holding lookup function. This is what happens to all my electronic items on the list results: Call Number: Loading Located: Loading Loading... Electronic The full record view looks good though... As well as physical location books work wonderfully... Is it hanging cuz the call number is just internet for all these? Where is the code to tinker? Oh... it's probably because they don't have item records? Also my place hold link on all items is not working, here is the url it is creating, which fails: https://www1.lib.purdue.edu/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?PAGE=REQUESTBIB&SEQ=20 081205142147&PID=JtmI5bO7NRSe5p0iKc0muAsxF7XSmua"> <https://www1.lib.purdue.edu/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?PAGE=REQUESTBIB&SEQ=2 0081205142147&PID=JtmI5bO7NRSe5p0iKc0muAsxF7XSmua> <IMG%20ALIGN="MIDDLE"%20BORDER=0%20ALT="Requests"%20SRC="/images/UpReque st.gif Thanks, Dean Dean R. Hi Dean, I'd take a stab in the dark and suggest looking in your ILMS driver: Somewhere like /vufind/web/Drivers/ Then choose the driver for your ILMS and look at what functions like getStatus and getHolding are doing that might break for those records without item level data. If your record doesn't have an item level record, then nothing will display. We need to change the Voyager driver to return *something* if there is no item level record. Also - for the place hold link, I was never able to get that to work for Voyager 6.5. I changed out local Place Hold link to link directly back to the record in Webvoyage. I think we will be able to get this to work with Voyager 7. Which version are you running?
