If this error consistently appears after loading a certain number of records, perhaps there is some crazy data in your authority file that is causing a problem (though honestly this seems unlikely to me -- SolrMarc is pretty stable at this point). If you are able to consistently reproduce the problem, feel free to send me a copy of your MARC file (off-list) and I'll see if I can figure anything out on this end.
