That sounds pretty good. That debug output of Jetty/Solr usually means
that Solr is ready to serve requests.
You should be able to index data and search it through VuFind now (if
VuFind is set up correctly). And you should be able to access the Solr
web console with a web browser pointing it to

What doesn't work? Have you tried indexing records? Have you called
VuFind in a web browser and tried some searches? What's going wrong?
