Thanks, Demian. Editing list.tpl did the trick. Feel free to post to JIRA!

Looks good.  Actually, you’ll notice that the query term is also missing from the record count line in the standard view:

If you want to change this, I think you might be able to do so by changing:

{if $searchType == 'basic'}

{if $searchType == 'basic' || $module == ‘Web’}

in Search/list.tpl within your themes.

Do you mind if I post your result.tpl to the JIRA ticket?

I think I've come up with something that works. The only thing it doesn't do it show what the search term is. Can't figure that one out.

Attached is result.tpl which should be placed in web/interface/themes/jquerymobile/Web. (Sorry, not sure how to make a patch.)

I’m not aware of anyone who has done this yet, though since the non-mobile templates are fairly close to the regular search templates, it shouldn’t be too hard to adapt the mobile search screens in a similar way.

I plan to make the website search results an official part of VuFind 2 sometime after the search system refactoring is done.  At that point, I will definitely make it mobile-capable… though of course that won’t help you too much if you’re still on 1.x.

If you want to try to do the adaptation yourself, I’ll be happy to answer any questions you run into…  and if you come up with a working solution, it can be posted on JIRA for others.
