That was exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks Demian.

Subject: RE: Changing Holdings Display

If you simply want to suppress this display, you can add:

hide_holdings[] = “Periodicals”

to the [Record] section of web/conf/config.ini  (assuming your copy of VuFind is new enough to support this feature, which it probably is).

If you need to customize the display, the template to look at is web/interface/themes/[your_theme]/RecordDriver/Index/holdings.tpl.

This template builds the display based on data returned by your ILS driver, so work may also be necessary in that area depending on how complex your needs are.

I hope this is a good start, but let me know if you need more help.

Subject: [VuFind-General] Changing Holdings Display

Whenever we view a periodical on VuFind, it always displays a list that looks like this:

Periodicals

Call Number:      XX(133356.2) INDEX V.1-13

Copy 1 Available

Copy 1 Available

Copy 1 Available

Copy 1 Available

Copy 1 Available

Copy 1 Available

I would like to customize the interface so that different things display. Could someone point me to the

file/routine that builds the page?

Gary
