Hi All,

 

I am noticing that my cover images are not displaying (only the word cover image) and when I load them directly into a browser I am getting internal server error 500.

Additionally, when I click on an author the reference to Wikipedia I get the following error:

 

An error has occurred

php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known.

Please contact the Library Reference Department for assistance

 

The server is connected to the internet through a proxy and I am wondering if this could explain these issues?  Is configuring the proxy settings in the config.ini a way around this issue?
